About me

Teresa Pujol

I came to the UK in 2012 looking for new experiences, inspired by my father who also lived abroad when he was young. Soon after, I found a job related to my scientific background. After a year living here, I met the person who I thought was “the one”. For a while everything worked and it looked like the perfect life. What I didn’t know was that I was living in a toxic relationship. When I found the courage and strength to break up that relationship, I realised about the damage and the low confidence it had left in me.

I had to work on myself to rebuild my confidence and self-esteem. I read a lot of self-help books and watched even more videos; inspirational ones, talks from psychologists, about well-being, you name it. This process made me reflect a lot on the last years of my life and I slowly started to put into practice the knowledge I had acquired. I learnt the meaning of boundaries and the importance of self-care. I was determined to become again the person I used to be, and most of all, build my confidence back. I felt I wanted to do something different, something I had never done before, so I pushed myself to go to Cambodia, on my first solo trip. There, I volunteered in an NGO and it was the most beautiful and rewarding experience of my life. It reminded me how compassionate I am and how much I enjoy helping others. I started to feel like myself again and more independent as well. I realized that growth happens out of your comfort zone.

It took me a long time to grow into the woman I am today and I did all the work on my own. Sometimes I wonder if only I had known about coaching all those years ago… it would have saved me so much time and heart-break… So after going through this journey and having done all this work on myself, I decided I wanted to become a life coach, to help others with their personal growth and to achieve their goals.

I am here to empower you to find the change you are looking for. If I am more confident than I was all those years ago, so can you. If I have changed my career, so can you. If I am living my life as my authentic self, so can you!

So I encourage you to visit My Values section to find out more about my approach and how it can help you.
